Valtteri is the founder of Intercontinental Sustainable Racing and the creator of the eRacing Super League concept.

He has more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, entertainment, event services and broadcast-related production. His background includes B2B and B2C event operations, virtual racing concepts, motorsport media and the development of Finland’s first official virtual racing championship in cooperation with the Finnish ASN.

At ISR, Valtteri leads the company’s strategic direction, Saudi go-to-market execution, partner development and the global positioning of esports auto racing as a new spectator sport entertainment category.

Jari Vähänen

Jari Vähänen

Industry advisor

Jari has worked in the gaming and betting industry since the early 1990s. He has held senior roles at Finland’s national gambling company and has extensive experience in betting-related business, digital development and international cooperation.

At ISR, Jari supports the company with industry insight related to betting-compatible competition structures, commercial models and regulated gaming markets.

Sampo is Co-Founder of ISR and supports the company’s administration, governance and strategic negotiations.

He brings extensive experience from public leadership, having served as Finland’s Minister of Culture and Sports and as a Member of both the European Parliament and the Finnish Parliament.

Sampo combines governance experience with a long personal connection to sports, music, gaming and digital entertainment. At ISR, his role supports strategic partner discussions, public-sector credibility and the company’s development across Europe and the GCC region.

At eRSL, Joe supports the systems that help racing content reach fans faster, more consistently and across multiple platforms.

Pekka is an experienced media and motorsports professional with over 30 years of work in television, journalism, production and public relations.

He has worked as a reporter, producer and executive producer for national and international broadcasters, including major sports and motorsport productions. His background also includes PR, communications and sponsorship-related work with rally drivers and motorsport figures.
